June Network Building Luncheon

As women business owners, we often find ourselves spread very thin. Even though we have a multitude of responsibilities, it is important for us to take time to nurture ourselves.  Our June program cracks the code on how to take care of your mind and body so that you can stay healthy at work.  We have a great panel who will discuss how to adopt a positive mindset, be physically fit, and have the best physical office set up (ergonomics).  Join us as we share tips on how mindfulness and physical mindset work together to create an optimal you.
