WBO provides free networking time before each meeting. All members and guests are required to pay for lunch or dinner and program if present when the meal is served.
**On-time reservations must be made by COB the Thursday preceding the meeting and be accompanied by payment to guarantee the published rate and seating. After the deadline, reservations and walk-ins will be accommodated when possible -- and $10 additional will be collected.

Refund and Cancellation Information
No refunds or future meeting credits are given for reservations that are made prior to the meeting date. You may substitute an attendee by letting our programs chair know by leaving a message at 301-365-1755.

Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy:
When Montgomery County schools are closed, lunch meetings will be canceled. Dinner meeting cancellations will be noted on WBO's voice mail box and on the web site by noon of the meeting day.
