This information is collected through both mail-in and online registration forms, feedback forms, and email sent to us through our web site's 'Contact Us link. We may ask for your name, address, phone number, email address, or other information as needed to process a registration or application.

How we use any information we collect:

The information we gather may be used to contact you in reference to the service or event in which you have expressed an interest or to respond to a request. It is also used in aggregate to improve the services we offer you and to help us tailor communications so you receive more of what you want from us and less of what you don't want.

What information we do not share with others:

WBO does not share, sell, or trade names, email addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers, information collected as part of a survey or specific details about you or your household. There may be occasions when we collaborate with another, reputable, women's organization in Montgomery County. In such cases WBO will mail their promotional materials for them.

If you use our online registration forms, your credit card information is collected by our third party agent, PayPal, once you have been linked to their site. Your credit card information is never made available to any member of WBO or our affiliated organizations.
