RSVP
Policy An RSVP is required to attend WBO meetings and events. Walk-ins are
accommodated when possible.
How to RSVP
Send an email
or phone the WBO reservation line at (301) 421-4890,
extension 2.
Deadline
to RSVP
Reservations made after 12 noon the Monday before a meeting may not be
guaranteed unless approved by the Registrar.
Prepayment
Prepay means the Registrar has received your payment before the event
or you have indicated you will be paying by credit card.
Networking
WBO provides a free networking time before each meeting, but requires
all members and guests to pay for the meal and program.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made by noon the day before the meeting by calling
the reservation line. If we don't receive your cancellation, you will
be billed.
Inclement
Weather Policy When Montgomery County schools are closed, lunch meetings will be
canceled. Dinner meeting cancellations will be noted on WBO's voice mail
box and on the web site by noon of the meeting day.
