Strategic Partners

The Montgomery County Department of Economic Development is an important strategic partner to WBO, which directs women business owners to various resources, educational programs and business incentives, such as the Local Small Business Reserve program, offered by DED to small business owners in Montgomery County. In turn, DED supports WBO’s mission by referring women business owners and sponsoring the Power Conference.

Under the auspices of DED, WBO, along with 20 other women’s business groups, participates in the Women’s Executive Leadership Network, which meets regularly to share information and resources of interest to women entrepreneurs.
